What's up rebels? I'm a 20 something who had recently lost a ton of weight doing CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO and eating BLAND BORING FOOD. Okay so that wasn't really sustainable and I gained a little back. Now I'm ready to get STRONG and also improve my running endurance by eating the right foods to keep me going and actually are tasty. I love running and want to do an ultra one day. I am a bike commuter for most of the year. Okay and my high school reunion is coming up in July and even if I can't go because of work I still have a GOAL of dropping back down to the size 12 I was back in high school by then. Looking for allies in this journey!
