My last challenge was a mixed bag and a learning experience. I started strongly in all areas and then lost track. For my exercise goal - life got in the way a bit. For my habit goal â€“ I didnâ€™t get to it being a habit and then lost it altogether For my Food goal â€“ I started brightly, but due to the way I had step-up the challenge I changed direction after 2 weeks and lost touch with the goal.
