  1. http://www.hungryforchange.tv/article/hold-the-ketchup-5-toxic-condiments-to-avoid Hey Rebels! Has anyone else tried their hand at making their own sauces and condiments? I've been making my own vinegar and oil based dressings for quite some time now and have recently moved on to making other condiments as well. I've made greek yogurt (actually quite easy as long as you have a food thermometer), mayonnaise, and vanilla extract. http://www.myhumblekitchen.com/2012/01/how-to-make-homemade-mayonnaise-with-4-simple-ingredients/ http://tastykitchen.com/recipes/breakfastbrunch/greek-yogurte28093from-scratch/ http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/how-to-make-vanilla-extract/ And these are some I'm looking into making once I get a chance. http://www.davidlebovitz.com/2013/03/homemade-mustard-recipe-joe-beef/ http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/jamie-oliver/homemade-tomato-ketchup-recipe/index.html http://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifestyle/how-to-make-your-own-hot-sauce.html Anyone else out there feeling particularly saucy? Who else feels they're the best dressed? .... I'll stop with the puns now.
