  1. So i skipped the last one. Ive gotten transitioned to full time at work and so i wasnt prepared to do another challenge at the time. But ive gotten a little more used to my new schedule and I'm ready to get stuff done! In a way these goals are kinda back to the basics so they're a great starting point for my renewed attempts at fitness. Starting Stats Age: 27 Height:5'4" Weight:178# Pwr Lvl: 2.78 - honestly i need to measure other things but i dont have the means to yet. Diet Cook a meal 1x a week I never ended up cooking last time around but! My bro's wife is going to visit family out of the country! This is an opportunity! I'm used to my bro hasslin me so i can cook for him on the weekends! Pass or Fail only It's only 4 weeks. Fitness Do A Pushup! I can only do a few incline pushups at this time. (I realized i wasnt doing them right) this doesn't require me to get all the way in 4 weeks idk how realistic that is, but i will have to progress! Knee Pushups - A+ 12-20 - A 11-15- B 6-10 Reps- C 3-5 reps - D No Improvement - F Improve flexibility! I am not flexible. I used to be better but ive been slackin on the stretchin for a long time. Let's fix this! 7x/wk - A+ 6x/wk - B 5x/wk - C 5x/wk> - D-F Side Quest Clean up the Room! My last attempt at this didn't quite work out. So i'll be using the ufyh method and post a picture at the end of each week to show my progress! (The first pic will go up this weekend) Finished in: 1st week - A+ 2nd week - B 3rd week - C 4th week - D Not Clean - F Starting Room Appearance (As you can see I have my work cut out for me. )
  2. Does anyone use any phone apps for interval training? Any suggestions? I'd like something that, in addition to acting as a timer/stopwatch, would track each interval too. Thanks!
