Oh well. Another challenge I would probably suck at. 1. Since I do not have any sort of running shoes, starting C25K again is a good idea. My last effort stopped when I got a blood clot in my ankle just over a year ago. 2. And I have got two empty diaries, so I am going to start a journal and then ignore it. 3. Absolutely no idea on what to do else. And yesterday Flappie decided to chase a motorbike, crawled through the fence to the freeway and were killed instantly. We buried her in the back yard. Second pet in a week to die, fourth in three years.
