  1. Continuing on the trend of trying to rebuild my damn good habits this go round. Maaaaaaaaybe something will stick this time, eh? Goals aren't really changing much - maybe adding novel accessory work is just the kick in the pants i need. Buckle up for a brain dump. Goal The First: Work Out I am still sucking at making this a consistent thing in the face of having an inconsistent schedule. This is something that is always going to be difficult for me given my love of routine. This is also something I need to actively fight to work on
