  1. #3 - Here we go. I'm in training for my very first marathon, which will be the Walt Disney World one on January 12. I'm following (mostly) the Hidgon Novice 1 training plan. Running more efficiently and faster is my main focus this time. Fitness Goals: 1. Stick tight to my training plan of 4 days/week running, and mix it up with slow runs, tempo runs, hillwork and some occasional speedwork. 2. Don't get injured! Use the Stick for myofascial release, get a massage once per month (or as often as I can afford one) and mix in hip, glute and core work with stretching. Food Goal: 3. Watch what I'm eating on off days - record every day's meals on My Fitness Pal, not just running days. Life Goal: 4. Get more flexible and relieve some stress by taking up yoga. I'd like to do 1x per week, maybe more. I don't know what the best types of yoga are for runners, so I need some advice... Let's do this!
