  1. I like the video so I'm keeping it. My overall goal is to lose body fat and to hit my goal by my 40th birthday. That will be in 2015. For those of you who have been following me a while, this is going to seem awfully familiar. Goal 1) Boxing: 3 times per week of trendy fitness boxing. I dread seeing how much my skills have fallen off over the last 2 weeks. 3 per week = A, 2 = B, 1 = C, 0 = F Goal 2) Other activity: 2 times per week I will do some other kind of activity. Strength training, body weight training, hot yoga, going for a walk all counts. I bought some bands from Rogue last week so we'll see if I can start working some assisted pull ups. 2 per week = A, 1 = B, 0 = F. Goal 3) Food: Back to primal + rice and beans. I will be tracking for a part of the challenge to make sure I'm back on track after the eating fiasco of the last couple of weeks. 80% + = A, 70% = B, 60%= C, <60%= F Goal 4) Life goal: Keeping my shit together. I'm not sure what that means or how to quantify it exactly so I'll probably be editing this. My depression was at an all time low for being medicated in the weeks leading up to my Dad's passing. My anxiety is now at an all time high for being medicated. My heart feels like it might beat out of my chest. I'm going to work really hard on controlling it through breathing and meditation practices but if it doesn't ease up soon, I may go to the doc for something extra until I get back to okay. Motivation: My motivation is defying words right now. I think this challenge may just be about grit in the face of adversity.
