  1. So after being sick and a total invalid. I am getting back on the horse and gonna kick the rest of this months booty. Body 1.Walk everyday.(get my endurance up) 2.Convict Train each day.(Restore muscle) Mind 1.Clean and Organize each day for a minimum of 20 min.(Tidy house tidy mind) Diet 1.Stay on Paleo until 13th. (I just really need to lose Lbs.) So that's my plan to get back in the game.
