For this challenge
1. Exercise.
I have got this almost set Tue/Thu/Sat running routine. Keep to it. Keep good care of my ankle.
2. Meditation
Not having kept the journal I should have, I am now replacing it with not doing meditation.
3. Sleep
I am Permanently tired. Get enough sleep. Fuck the social people. 8 hours a night. Fuck insomnia as well.
4. Whatever
Whatever pop into my head. For now this will include pictures of kittens. Bad pictures of cute kittens.
