  1. Good Morning. coming form Austalia Basically I need help. have hit a wall. I feel like I am going backwards, when i am actually putting in more effort. I need the last few pounds/kilos to go. And i dont look the way I want to look. i want a fit tonned healthy look. My stomach is my worst enemy. I put weight on easily and quickly I have alot of food allergies so there isnt any fruit or variety in my diet as I have Fructose intolerence. I work 4-5 nights a week so if that has anything to do with eating i dont know. Basic Breakdown of my food and fitness Female - 30 years 5ft 2inchs Hips- 91cm waist - 82cm bust - 82cm 125 pounds aprox Water per day at least 5 litres. (ive always drank lots of water) No alcohol On nights I work 8.30 up breakfast at 9am - 2 whole eggs, 1/4 cup of oats, 2 mushrooms cooked in olive butter (teaspoon) 1 big handfull spinich and coffee with lactose free milk 10-10.30am - 1 hr workout. either concentrate on legs, cardio using kettlebells dumbells and body weight (8.5km on cross trainier) or full body stregth and cardio changes per day 11.30am - Protien Shake with water after workout 1-1.30pm - Lunch 160 - 180 gms of lean protien either kangaroo, turkey or chicken. HUGE bowl of salad 1 carrott and pepers. teaspoon olive oil. 3.30-4pm - snack before work. Protien shake with 1 tbs chia seeds half cup of lactose free skim milk lots of ice and spoonful of cocoa. Work 5.30 till Midnight at a supermakert, Staking shelves, running out stock on trollys, working in back dock. Dinner at 7.30pm- Same as lunch, with 1/4 cup of brown rice or quinoa. 12.30am after work - Protien shake with almond milk. Bed at 1pm Snacks through day. 6 celery sticks with homemade peanut butter. (just blitz peanuts) a dozen cranberries and mayby 2 thin corn cakes/rice cakes. On nights I DONT work Same routine. Except Dinner is at 6.30 with no carbs but i might have carbs with lunch, same thing 1/4 cup. Protien shake before bed is aprox 10pm I added up EVERYTHING and this is what it is per day Protien 178 gms Carbs 62 gms Fat 18gms Cals 1400 Hard to say what I burn at work as its 6 hrs. first two hours are walking the stock out and next 4 are litfting stacking ect. Workout calories burned varies to , depends if i am just concentratig on arms or cardio. Can anyone PLEASE help me. I dont know if i am eating too much/not enough for weight loss. But I am also looking at being quite toned. My legs are in pretty good condition. I dont want the skinny look I want the fit look. Being a smaller lady I tend to carry alot of weight on stomach hips and lower stomach (that ugly hang over the jeans look) Is it posibile to put on centremeters, not change in weight, but start to feel slimmer? cause sometimes i feel slimmer Any advice i will take it. I dont belive in diets just good clean eating. With all my alergies I am nearly paleo. Thanks community
