So, I'm in the process of going through and re-doing the way in which we house the Nerd Fitness Leaderboards. We originally did a list in a post that was just updated. Then we moved to a big Google Doc that we embedded into the Post. We however, eventually ran into an issue where the embedding stopped working, plus it's just sort of slow to load and kind of clunky IMO. So I've created a python script that queries our Google Doc, creates a nice post with all the formatting already in it, and I can just copy and paste it whenever I need to update it. You can see an example of the new formatting here: http://rebellion.nerdfitness.com/index.php?/topic/52404-front-squat-leaderboard/ I tried to get some nice formatting into the post to make it look more like columns, but the post editor seems to eat white space for breakfast. From Google searching, it seems to be an HTML thing. If anyone knows ways to fix that, I'm all ears. Also, I'm looking for feedback on how I make this better. Any and all feedback is appreciated.
