  1. All right lets do this!!! Lets do this 4 weeks thing and stick to everything i write down here. I'v been on this fitness road for a little over a year, and I had slacked the month of February. Main goal, lose 15 lbs in this 4 weeks Completely stick to my diet plan! (only 1 cheat meal a week! No snacking) Bike everyday for at least an hour (Been doing this for basically a year but my bike was broken for a while February) Workout every other day no exceptions Oh yeah buy a scale by the 19th to actually weigh in each week Monday Learn to juggle Find some uniform things to actually juggle Stick to a training schedual Finally get through storm kings thunder so i can start running a module for friends Do some reading before bed start a group to schedule a time to meet have fun running my first 5th edition campaign
