  1. I'm not that new to fitness, but this is my first time doing a challenge here, so wish me luck. Main Quest Keep gaining muscle and decide if I should lose a few more pounds or not. Practice my form to begin Starting Strength next year. And learn to post here, with english not being my first language. Missions 1. Practice handstand 5 days a week: 5 = A, 3 = C, 1 = D, 0 = F If only to show off and build more arm strength. 2. Post at least 3 times per week: 3 = A, 2 = C, 1 = D, 0 = F I need to form the habit if I want to be able to finish the challenge. 3. Do Interval training 3 times a week: 3 = A, 2 = C, 1 = D, 0 = F Side Quest Make someone smile and do not freak out with exams and deadlines. Motivation: Working out helps me deal with stress and it has become a fundamental part of my life. It really helps me deal with my hiperactivity and puts me in an awesome mood. Stats Weight: 132.5 Ht: 5ft 1in -I need to learn how to take BF %-
