  1. Maintenance is the hardest part. I've got 10lbs to re-lose; I want to increase my muscle mass and decrease my body fat percentage. Last challenge I struggled with doing both a workout plus stretching, so this challenge I really want to make sure I get them both done. I'm switching my "self care" goal with a specific sleep goal, to focus on getting more sleep so that I can be healthier. Things: Activity (bodyweight workout + sledgehammer, cycling, swimming, etc) (5x per week) Stretching (5x per week) No S diet (no snacks 5x per week) Sleep by midnight (5x per week)Bonus quest: pick up my ukulele and start practising again (1x per week?) Again I will keep my daily hits and misses to my battle log, and use this thread for general "how am I doing/feeling" updates, as well as cool things and thoughts. Fair warning: I am queer, agender, poly, and kinky. I will warn you if any content or links I share is NSFW, and put questionable stuff behind a cut.
