  1. Ok, so I'm just in time to hop on board with a challenge. I've been being 'lazy' since graduating but that doesn't mean that I've let myself totally go. I've been plagued with minor progress killing injuries the last year or so and it really sucks. But, that won't stop me. I'm going to rest more. Eat healthy. And not really lose substantial weight until a cutoff date. Say March 15th. Then I'll lean out a little more aggressively for the summer. The plan will be to sit at 2,800 kcal per day of healthy food and I'll establish some parameters. IN addition to this, I need to get the music teaching business going. Look for freelance composition work. If any of you know any nerds who need a skilled music composer... (Games, Film, Commercials, Concert music, etc) Practice my alt picking on guitar. Warm up on bass guitar / voice / piano regularly, 5 min a day. Work on my left hand strength and intonation on Cello. Finish my book of starter violin pieces I am currently working on. Going to be bUUUUUsy!!
