  1. Hello and welcome to my thread. Okay so this is the 6-week challenge thread that I need to create to keep track of my progress goals. Main Quest goal: go from 34-inch to 32-inch waist size smaller goals - do at least 70 minutes of exercise everyday (ideally 90) - dont eat stuff that have processed sugar in them - dont go over 1600 kcal per day. my motivation is to go back into wearing my 30-inch waist jeans >( side quest: - read more stuff related to my job and become better at it... I guess thats it. Though technically I have less than 6 weeks but whatever, hahahaahah. Will need to repost this in 20 days I guess.
