  1. I'm going to come back and edit this later today after my afternoon climbing session, but I figured I might as well list out my goals now so that I have the reminder to finish preparing for this challenge cycle. 1) Main Quest: a) To promote a healthy lifestyle in which I see noticeable physical growth while pursuing academic progress for my undergraduate degree in exercise science. Challenge 0 Goals: i) Growth Goal: (1) Increase caloric intake to 4,000 calories daily utilizing a modified paleo dietary philosophy in order to promote healthy weight/size gain (a) Meat, Fish, Vegetables, Nuts, Fats, (paleo) ( Add in Cheeses, natural sugar (in limited quantity), rice, and potatoes © Exclude grains with the exception of rice; dairy with the exception of cheeses, and all artificial sweeteners ii) Strength Goal: (1) Utilize the TRX bodyweight system as per Functional Strength Training Guide (2) Rock Climb at Brooklyn Boulders 3 times per (a) Climb all problems of grade level before moving to next grade. ( Increase projecting problem level to v5/6 from v3/4 iii) Mental Goal: (1) Register for fall classes that are focused on progress in the exercise science field of study (a) Maintain grades of A in 15 credits worth of classes (2) Initiate transfer process to a school in New York 2) Side Quests: i) Life Goal: (1) Set aside $600 in Savings Account while maintaining weekly budget
