  1. The grinder challenge (not to be misconstrued as the Grindr challenge!! O_O) Often my last lift in a set will be really hard, I will feel like I can’t possibly do it, that the weight is too heavy, that I’ve done too many reps. But, slowly, surely that bar will inch up (often with a growl of exertion) until it clangs back into the holders. This will be the theme of the final challenge of the year. I’m tired. I’m feeling like maybe it’s too hard. I’m going to do it anyway. Goals. Gym: Once a week PT, once a week Krav, minimum once a week visit gym for programmed lifts. Eat: 5-a-day freggies. No soft drink. Speak: Mandarin every day for at least one sentence. Videoed and screenshot as proof. That’s it. Get it done.
  2. Hello fellow mates! My 2nd attempt! yes it is! Tanked the first one real bad =[ but I'm here again! Things have gone really good and bad in different areas of my life right now and I need this, no I want this so bad to work out and I'll make it work! the good : new car and steady job the bad: over crowded household with family that moved in and getting my toes stepped on quite a lot recently making me feel like I'm going to POP =[ Honestly I'm not the type of person to say what I think right away. I'm more introvert if anything when it comes to confrontation. If You would like to know more about me check out my profile all the info is there . For this Challenge my main goal is : To lose 24 lbs at the end of the six weeks challenge! that's 4 every week and I think it's obtainable. Goals: 1.Follow through with prepping meals and decline co-workers meals ( Where I'm from it's customary to share meals if in the office) 2.Go to sleep and wake up on time 3.Spend 1 day out of the week at the beach/trail walking/ just having an outdoor adventure with my kids.I'll Take some pics that way you guys can see what Guam is all about =] Life Quest: Spend 30 minutes a day cleaning. I usually do about 10-15 minutes when I get home , but recently I've also been spending about 2 hours cleaning on Saturdays and it's frustrating. I need more Zen in my life if only it were as easy as snapping my fingers =P
