Main Quest: Lose 30 pounds in six months. 6 Week Side Quests: Cut out soda completely by Week 5. Walk 1/2 hour three times a week by Week 5. Cut out night snacks Monday thru Friday by Week 5. Life Side Quest: Publish a book by April 20th. Motivation: I am taking this challenge because I want to live a healthier life and be able to play with my children and one day with my grandchildren.
