So I am a professional nerd, which oftten means I spend a lot of time on a computer. Well over the last two months of grant writing ( and really horrid typing posture) I aggravated my wrist and now pushups are almost unbearable. Any tips for quicker recovery from this kind of soreness issue? For now I am simply modifying my pushups to avoid the pain, but that is a stop-gap measure that seems like it will not help me with my underlying issue. Any advice would be helpful thanks.
