I hit the gym twice a week and do some push-ups / sit-downs at home. Since yesterday I started a slightly modified "beginner bodyweight workout": Sammy's bodyweight workout warm-up: 3X3 min skipping rope 20 body weight squats20 push ups20 walking lunges10 dumbbell

I'm pretty much following up with my last challenge's goals, but with a little more planning with the extra food consumption and sleeping... #mainquest: #strengthgains #riseandgrind!
