  2. My life is a literal interpretation of the chorus to Chumbawamba's hit song 'Tub Thumping'. It's true, I get knocked down. Over and over again, knocked down.   3. I used to be here, and then I wasn't, and now I'm back. A LOT has changed since I was here last (not just in my house, but on the forum!) and I've lost all my cred. When I was here the first time, I didn't have a kid, a dog in training, or multiple sclerosis. Now I do. SO, in the event of being curious (and needing to change), I have already cut out gluten and sugar, based on community "research" on an MS forum.
