  1. I do solely bodyweight excercise in a small space. I do mainly pushups, squats, lunges, and inverted rows, with the occaisional burpee thrown in. Most of the time I do Steve's 5 minute workout or Angry Bird Workout. There's nothing more I can do because of uncontrollable circumstances. I have two questions. First, how often do I need to take a rest day? How much of a rest does it have to be? I mean, I can see not doing the angry bird workout every day, but can I alternate it with the 5 minute? Second, how do I keep my muscles confused so they don't adapt? Does just forcing them to their limit each time work? Or varying the order I do my excercises?
