  1. This is really my first foray into the community (even though I've silently stalked this site for years). Are any of you guys around the Middle TN area? I'd love to find a couple people to meet with regularly and find awesome cool things to do together.

  3. Literally just signed up today, I fell out ultra hard with eating halfway decent and hitting the gym. Recently wrote up some goals and getting back into the swing of the healthy lifestyle aspect is back on the list. Roll call of Nashville buds? Accountability Bud(s)? General nerd friends? Anyway, looking forward to interacting and LVLing up with all of the Rebellion from TN or not.
  4. Hey guys! A couple of guys from my unit (I'm in the TN ANG) and I are trying to get together a work out in Centennial Park on August 10, 2013 at 10 am. We're planning on doing circuit training. The Plan looks a little something like this: Two minutes at each station 15 minute group warm-up Station 1: Push Ups/ Squat Thrusts/Planks-to-side-plank Sprint to Station 2 (approximately .25 miles from Station 1) Station 2: Cross Knee Crunches/ Superman crunches (10 crunches with feet at varying heights)/boat-to-bow Sprint to Station 3 (approximately .25 miles from Station 2) Station 3: Lunges/ Squats/Skater-Squats Sprint to back to 1 (approximately .25 miles from Station 3) 1 mile jog Cool down There are ways to modify each work out to your level, so there's something for everyone. We're hoping to have breakfast ready for us afterwards (eggs, bacon, ham, OJ). If you're interested, let me know! Hope to see you there!
