  1. I’ve been off work for a month. I’ll be going back to a phased return this in a week’s time, and I am exhausted, scared and nauseated. But I need to pay the mortgage. While I go back to work, I’m running my first group for my online business: desperate to sustain myself without relying on my dayjob income. And then I'm preparing for NaNoWriMo too. This may be a mistake. So I’m doing the VERY LIGHTEST CHALLENGE I can. Four and a bit weeks, since it’s Thursday now of “week 0”. Focus on the Level Ups ~ Business: - Keep on top of my group without ruining my mental health. 1 point a week Training for Battle ~ Workouts: - Shivanata, Yoga or Strength (ideally 1 of each) 3 points a week Write the Logs ~ Words: - Fiction work: /2,084 7 points a week Re-connect ~ Meditate or Read: - 4 times a week, in any ratio. 4 points a week (= 15 points per week) Let's do this.
