  2. Hi, I'm Terah, and I'm going to be an Elf Druid this challenge. It's been a year since I started here on NF, this is my 8th challenge. I've tried a lot of different things, learned a lot and met a lot of awesome people. Now I know what I want, and how to get there. I've made an epic quest that will be my guide this year. After being a recuit, a druid, an assassin, a warrior, again a warrior, an adventurer, going back to the assassins, I now decided to go back to the druids. I first left them because I didn't like that they didn't have mini's. But now the doodlies have mini's and that's
  3. Maintenance is the hardest part. I've got ~10lbs to re-lose; I want to increase my muscle mass and decrease my body fat percentage. If I don't succeed in losing any size/weight this challenge, I will have to start counting calories again, and I really don 't want to do that.   4. I took the last challenge off, and am sliding back into bad habits. This challenge I'm going to track adherence to the No S Diet, and get back into stretching. I will not track how often I ride my bicycle, since it's a given at this point because I'll need the encouragement and will enjoy the visibility of how active I'm being!   5. Unchallenge time! I'm in a good groove with food and activity. I'm sticking with the No S-Diet, swinging my sledgehammer regularly, and doing bodyweight workouts. I'm hooping, swimming on a nearly regular basis (not laps, but not just messing around, either), walking home from the subway again now that the weather is lovely, and have been starting to lift weights thanks to a handy curbside find and encouragement from a big muscly friend.
