I tried a free consultation at LA Fitness, but the woman suggested I needed to eat only 920 cal to stay at my current weight...I'm suddenly very confused about all the prior knowledge I had about nutrition! Here's a bit about me and my goals: I'm about 105 lbs, 5'3, about 20-21% body fat (lean body mass about 83 lbs), 17 y/o female. I try and work out near everyday, 6-7 times a week.   2. I decided to stick with the warriors still. The community is nice and most of my training is still weightlifting so it makes sense. The last few challenges have been helpful. To recap I went from an average of 155-157 lbs to 167-170 in about 15 weeks, whilt my bodyfat estimates (via taping) have remained about the same.   3. The story so far.... Years and years ago I started training. I started like many people start, following a bodybuilding type routine, doing dumb things and just generally succeeding despite myself not because of myself. In the intervening years I have been as light as 140 lbs (20 years ago) and as heavy as 270+ (not quite 10 years ago). I've also had injuries including a separated shoulder (20 years ago), ruptured disc (not quite 10 years ago), torn oblique (2 years ago) and plenty of thrown out backs and other minor maladies.   4. Gonna spend another month with y'all building on the foundations of last month. My work hours have stabilized for the most part so itll be a little easier (I hope). Good things I need to continue: drinking water isn't as much a problem so keeping that up will help. I workout fewer days a week now but they feel more productive (I lift noticeably higher volumes) so I'm going to try to keep that system up until I plateau again.   5. Hey everyone! I'm new to the group and am looking for some advice regarding nutrition. Basically I'm 6"4 used to be chunky and now I guess I'm on the edge of skinny fat and struggle to gain muscle.   11. My name is Aaron and I am an avid fitness enthusiast and nutrition freak. I started about a year and a half ago on my journey. I started off at 215 lbs and cut down to 163, most losy within about a 6 month time period. I wanted to be in better shape for me and more than anything my family.   12. Come one, come all! Hello everyone! These last few months have been tough, but I feel like now it is tougher and I am in need of some additional support, so here I am :D! We all know Christmas can be magical and wonderful and the best moment of the year.   13. This battle log is for March, April, May. I'll review its effectiveness at the end of May. I'm tracking my exercise and calories on my own, but I realized I need a spot to say "I worked out today!" and "I ate all my veggies today!" as well as a place to record my weight loss and other health-related progress.
