  1. I am normally a warrior I lift and lift and lift, but what i am trying this time is slightly out of context I weigh in at 125kg and my previous challenges have all been about muscles. For the next 6 weeks challenge I will be sticking to the Insanity workout program (I hope i can mention this in here without a backlash) with 2 friends. I will be stripping fat and getting fitter. I have done 2 days so far, it will be six days a week. Two days in and i have been able to wring sweat out of my tee both days. So for this challenge I will be awarding my points as follows DEX: 5 STA:5 CON:2 CHA:3 I have a total of 60 days to complete and 15 points, so each 4 days gets me a point. I know this will take me over my challenge time but i want to see if i can do it. This is on top of my 4 lifting days. (Back and abs, Chest and biceps, Shoulders and Triceps, Legs) Simple enough Don't you think? Or just crazy? All feed back welcome!
