  1. OH HI. Some of you (probably not a lot) already know me but I'll introduce myself anyway: I'm Virago! I've been a Nerd Fitness reader for a loooong time, I went to CNF 2015, and I even used to post here sometimes - but I'm horrible at forums Anyway, since I'm also the Rebel Support Leader at Nerd Fitness, and since I'm going to be helping Spezzy out with the forums now that she's COACHING FULL TIME FOR NF (AAAAAAHHHH HOW COOL IS THAT!!!!?!), I'm going to take another crack at a battle log. I've always wanted one here, and just been too scared/overwhelmed to do it. Well guess what: it's respawn time!!! More introductions (and, you know, battle-logging) to come, but for now I'm going to hit publish before I chicken out. LET'S DO THIS, NERDS!
  2. Hey all! Now that tinybaby is almost 9 months I'm jumping back into the swing of things. And why not do so with Team Spearhead's Pathfinder 12 week challenge?? These 4 weeks I will: Ruck 2 miles daily Complete 7 WODs Team Lead once Complete 2 more Pre/Post WOD rucks Life goal: Help the pitbull rescue/ foster nonprofit I'm assisting with their start up. (Gritty Pitty - Longmont CO) Let's do this!!!
  3. n00b teo here . lets get this thing started... Healthy Goals Eat at least 5 meals with vegetables per week candy/soda/starbucks = null (zip/zilch/zero) Eat at least 1 piece of fruit per day Try to avoid sauces (chili con carne/queso/bbq).... and this guy Do 30 mins of exercise (running/weights/discgolf) 6 days a week Lastly, I'll be cutting out all beer Personal Goals Realign my career path Make time to purge my unused belongings (read: clean out my closets) Design/Develop a prototype application on the Android platform (secret mission)
