  1. So after a few months of inactivity from the forums and a failed first challenge I've returned to exercise and healthy eating and have decided to complete my first challenge! My main quest: Get better at parkour. GOALS Parkour Class (once a week) Every Sunday, for three hours, I have a parkour class that is instructed by a few members of the Australian Parkour Association. So far I've been in Adelaide for two weeks and I've gone to the class twice (once while is was raining!!) so I'm hoping to continue this streak. The class runs in a park in town regardless of weather conditions (unless it becomes hazardous) so I don't have any excuses for failing this challenge. Run (three times a week) I'm using the C25K app for this, and have decided that it is finally time to complete this app! No excuses, just going to get it done. Parkour Technique Practise (twice a week) This is challenge is slightly more challenging as it requires me to go outside and look like a fool in front of all my neighbours. But I'll just have to get it done. My life quest: Make one friend. I know that seems pretty pathetic but I just moved to Australia two weeks ago (used to live in Ireland), and since I'm not working or in college it's been tough meeting people. Well that's pretty much everything, wish you all good luck with your first challenges.
