  1. Hey! I'm a beginner, I've just register and see that there was a remaining challenge so I decided to take it seriously and do it. I hope to not fall into temptation, for that I have to have willpower and I am going to have it!! Main goals: -Reduce the sugar, junk food and fried food. -Set up in good habits and nutrition, like try eating new kind of vegetables and finding out tasty healthy food. -Leave the laziness and exercise more. Sub-goals: -Start going out running for improving my endurance. -Increase the amount of "good" calories that I eat. -Work out minimum three times a week. Life goal: -Start learning a programming language by myself. Motivation: -I want to get into shape and motivate my family to join me. Personal details: Age: 18 Genre: Female Height: 51,8 kg (5'6'') Weight: 1'72m (112 lb) I obviously don't want to lose weight, and either gain it in fat, in case I gain weight it will be only in muscle.
