Grandkai's December Challenge This month its going to be a non-theme type challenge. Just couldnt think of a good character/theme to take for this challenge. I was first thinking of skipping this challenge but with a few tips from @Ryuu1011 & @Grayspeed i decided to keep going. Goal 1: Make Plans/Goals for 2017 I'm going to re-read "Level Up Your Life" and post at least 5 Goals every week i want to achieve in 2017 and on. It can be fitness, health, travel anything. Goal 2: Preparing my meals for 2017 and become healthier Right now im doing a type of Paleo, i used to be more into it but last year a lot of stuff happend which made me deviate from it. So to prepare i'm going to read 2 Paleo books and make 2 Paleo meals every week (ideally something i can take in a box to work). I already have one book which is about the basics about paleo and im ordering another one with simple recipes. Goal 3: Stay in shape and stay flexible Since starting my journey with the 4-Week challenges i used Bodyweight exercises and i really enjoy them. Right now every morning after i've had my morning reading & breakfast i worked out, but not with a real sets/reps goal. So this challenge i made the goal of every day doing 100 Push-Ups, 50 Chin-ups & 100 Squats. In whatever way i want as long as i get those rep goals. Extra to that i'm going to do a quick 10-15 minute yoga workout on the weekends. Month Goal: Clean up and start fresh for 2017 At the moment i have a lot of excessive stuff in my home. Boxes that im not using, electronics that are gathering dust and papers lying everywhere (dont worry its not a complete mess). Most of those stuff are lying somewhere where its not a nuisance to me (either in a closet or besides a cabinet out of sight). Before the end of this month/year i want to clean up the following: - Sell old equipment i dont use (iMac, car radio) - Throw away all old boxes which dont have any use - Re-paint door/window frames (the paint is starting to crack) - Give all my old clothes to charity - Organize all my papers
