Putting something off is harder than doing it right away because we carry with us the heavy burden of worry. When we think about what we have to do, we often become panicky in last-minute attempts to catch up. Procrastination is a learned habit that can be unlearned.   2. I procrastinate too much! I think too much and do too little. I'm from Doncaster in the UK I'm 45 and self employed. As a child, my fitness and activity level was zero, nil... Never played any sport in school or collage (sport was not compulsory when I was a kid). I was a real nerd.
