  1. Whoo hoo! I survived my first challenge and now I'm doing my first guild challenge Pretty freaking excited for the next six weeks so here we go! Main Quest To learn parkourSide Quests Beginner Bodyweight workout MWF (with some pull up training)Run for 30 minutes twice a week.I'm stepping up the workout so I can lose a bit more weight faster in addition to taking out the junk food in my diet. Life Quest Pass my classes. (This is a work in progress, my professors are super anal about everything )get a job (one that actually pays)Grading Scale Bodyweight Workout: A: 2 hours, 3 times a week B: 2 hours, 2 times a week C: 1 hour, once a week D: 30 mins, once a week F: Don't do anything at all. Cardio Workout: A: 30 minutes, twice a week B: 20 minutes, twice a week C: 10 minutes, once a week D: one lap around my block F: Not doing anything at all MOTIVATION I'm focusing on overcoming adversity this challenge. I told some people who I thought would support me in this, but it didn't go so well. Things were said and let's just say that it didn't end well. I feel that if I'm able to channel all the negative energy towards making myself better, I'll accomplish the things I want to do. This quote is probably gonna be the one I'll be looking at for the next few weeks to keep me motivated: "In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive" - Lee Lacocea
