I'm looking to put together a team to run the Niagara Ragnar. It's a 300km relay race from Cobourg to Niagara Falls in Ontario, Canada. May 19-20, 2017. We need 12 team members in total. Is anyone interested? I'm not a competitive runner by any means, so it would be more about having a great time, and the challenge of finishing it. Here's a link if anyone wants more info: https://www.runragnar.com/ragnar

I'm looking to run the Ragnar Trail Cascades race in September. It's a total of 18 miles, broken into ~3, ~8, and ~7 mile loops in the Methow Valley. I've trained for long races before and am not worried about getting the training in to be in shape for the climbs and terrain. But I've never run a Ragnar! I know it's a long ways out, but are there any Ragnarians out there with tips/tricks/ideas?

Hey everyone! I have a few more spots open for the so cal ragnar april 10-11th 2015, and I know I have room for some people for the Nappa one (date's not released yet). If you run both in a year you get the special gold rush medal!!! We may not be the fastest runners, but we will have fun. Some of us will be representing different causes during the race, Who I run 4 and Team Red White Blue in particular, but you don't have to belong to either to join us! Send me a message or post if you're interested

So, I'm not sure if any of the rest of you Nerds would be at all interested but I've been pondering the past few days about how it might be fun to do a Ragnar Relay, got a coupon in my email for a discount for a team. Basically, for those not familiar, you get a group of 6 or 12 people together, a couple vans, and you run legs of varying lengths as a relay to cover a total distance usually around 200 miles, so each person does 3 legs of various lengths and when you aren't running you sit in a van with your team having a good time.* Would any of you nerds be interested in participating in such a thing? The one that caught my mind was the one that's local to me, Ragnar Del Sol here in Arizona, but if a bunch of people are like "yeah, let's run the vegas one" I could probably be persuaded to go to most of the western US without much difficulty. Here's a link to their website if you want to check it out. Ragnar *for various definitions of "good time"
