I'm so excited to join this forum and be able to let my nerd flag fly, all while working towards a healthier me! My roommate had shown me this site, and I knew instantly it was for me. Main Quest: I am currently 5 weeks post-op bariatric surgery. My main quest is to work on getting toned and building muscle, while also building my endurance. My goal is to hike a mountain within the next six months. I also want to make healthier life choices regarding fluids and nutrition in order to maintain the success of my surgery. Nutrition: Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water a day. Focus on eating only 3 meals a day with protein rich foods. NO FAST FOOD! fitness: Complete NF bodyweight exercise program at least 3x a week. Walk at least 30 minutes 3-4x a week. level up your life: Place at least $1 in a jar a day to save up some moolah. Take at least 15 minutes a day to meditate. I'm looking to join the Rangers guild after getting settled in to the forum. I am also interested in doing a sort of hybrid to do the challenges associated with the Druid guild.
