Data analysis supportOkay, so I'm kinda cheap but also love data. I recently discovered that, rather than paying MFP for the privilege of exporting my food diary data, I could just copy/past it from the reports web page into excel! GREAT! Now I get to analyze the data. So I figured I'd come to a place I trust. I've got the data set relatively cleaned up, and am starting to look more closely into what is going inside me. If anyone wants to take a whack at it (cause I know you all stay up all night wondering "geee....what does farflight eat?"...well WONDER NO MORE!) I present you with about 3 months of MFP data in the form of an excel spreadsheet. I've already created a pivot table categorized by meals (note: snacks are sometimes "snacks" in the traditional sense, or more often than not, desert). I'll be looking through the data as well. Thanks in advance for your insights alright...made it a google sheet
Bento Box Recommendations
stonegirl78 posted a topic in NutritionHi guys! So I've been thinking of getting bento boxes to take packed lunch in - I'm going to be eating lunch out a lot, and would rather save calories (and money) by packing my own. And bento just appeals, somehow... But I'm not sure where to start on the bento box front, so I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know a brand they like? A brand they don't like? Any and all thoughts greatly appreciated!!! Thanks, Petra
Hi there! Looking to start doing Tai Chi on my own and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for beginners in terms of videos, books or even apps. So far on youtube I found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VNw8tM7MYE which seems to be a good starting point and they really explain how you move through the stances. Thanks
Canadian cold weather running
TaintedVampyre posted a topic in General FitnessAlright, I feel like I've asked this question, but boo hoo I'll ask again Maybe I'll get more replies. Alas, fall is quickly creeping upon Northern Alberta and evenings are warm-ish, but the mornings are starting to get crispy. Either time of day, the air is chill. Enough to make a runner's breath quicken and sharp. Anybody have any suggestions on what I could buy to aid in that department? Thank you in advance!
