Hi y'all! I am starting this as a daily thread to encourage myself and anyone else who wants to show more love to their bodies and/or improve their relationship with food. How It Works:Every day, you find the thread (click "follow this thread" the red button on the top right of the thread page) and post one or more positive comments about your body and/or a positive thing involving your relationship with food. Who Can Participate: Anyone, regardless of level or guild, from the day you join the Rebellion until the day you leave us. What Else Do I Need To Know: There may be levels added for consistent participation in the future, and everything will be decided by group consensus. Feel free to make suggestions, ask questions, laugh, joke, have fun, support eachother and anything else positive. Keep the judgement and negativity elsewhere. I am really excited about doing this and I hope that you decide to love your body and improve your relationship with food along with me

My significant other and I have a very different views on fitness. I've learned and think that the fitness is fundamental to well being. I changed diet, incorporated body weight training. As a result, I lost a lot of weight and gained some strength. My body looks pretty good for an old guy. When I suggest/ask her to exercise and eat for better body, she says "it's superficial. You are only caring your look". She is not overweight, but she is kind of weak from my point of view. She is content with her body. When I asked to use my Omron fat monitor, her body fat % is about 32%. I guess the fitness level is a personal choice. I play a lot of tennis, so leaner and stronger body really helps me. She doesn't do a lot of sports. If you are happy with the way you are, you don't need to improve your body?

Hey guys, it's me tracker, I don't remember my old account so I made a new one! Anyway, I've been slacking ever since November and I'm disappointed in that. I need some help making a regimen that will help me lose some weight before my trip to see my girlfriend in late June. So far my eating habits are: breakfast at 6:30, lunch at 10:50, snack at 4:00ish, dinner at 6:30ish i have lunch really early cause of school scheduling. My physical activity is all over the place. Some days I'm really active and many I'm not. Guys and gals of Nerdfitness, help me lose weight to look better for summer! Even if it's only 10 to 15 lbs I'll be happy with that. I just want to go from 5'8" at 185lbs to 5'8" to 170 or less if possible.
