  3. Hello everyone, I know I'm a few days late posting but here I am. I am a super Marvel fan, sci-fi enthusiast and all around nerd. I've had a hard time getting back into working out after I injured my rotator cuff and spine in a car accident, mostly because my job is very physical and I have a hard time relaxing my muscles. I work at a doughnut shop, so everyday I'm lifting weights at work and walking about 4 miles. I am 5'9" and 160 lbs very muscular but I'm always in pain. I'm very inflexible, so I'm sure that effects my stretching and muscle tension. My longer goals are all about my career,
