1.I Stick to the training schedule. I have posted my running schedule in my signature. Completing 75% of the days and 75% of the miles will earn a B. 2. Complete my morning workouts. I have a cup with Popsicle sticks that have different body weight exercises on them. Picture to come. Completing a workout every other day will earn a B. 3. Reduce sugar. I will track my food using MyFitnessPal, see signature. For the first 3 weeks I will track all meals. The next 3 weeks I will reduce the amount of sugar. 4. Look professional. No wearing t-shirts or sweatshirts to school Tuesday through Friday. I will post a better explanation of everything once I have a physical keyboard on Monday.
