Hi Everyone. I'm trying to make myself do something I really dislike, go running in the cold. I'm currently without a gym so can't just go ona treadmill and besides, its just not the same. Does anyone have any advice for dealing with runing in the cold? I get an awful sore, almost burning throat and windpipe from breathing in the cold air. Putting warm water in my drinks bottle helps but slowly melts the bottle! Any advice would be gratefully recieved
