Hey Guys I'm back. I fell off the wagon pretty hard. I've been taking time adjusting to my life in Japan and things have been really hectic for me but I really want to get back on the horse and ride it to my healthy new self. I'm currently living in Kagoshima in Japan so tracking my food has become a real nightmare! Sometimes I don't know what I am eating let alone its nutritional value. Lost my apartment after losing my power. So, as with any superhero (or villain) I had to overcome a lot before I could even start the goals. That meant, killing some other goals. Hello Adventurers! I'm back for a second go at the 6 week challenge. I am once again pretty excited about continuing on my route to healthier living and excited to be part of this group. MOTIVATION: LOVE THYSELF. My motivation is to love myself.
