  1. Things are going good and now they're only going to get better. Shulkie's got the job, won the case, now she's going to start to really start hulking out. But first she needs to get better. There have been a few set backs this month health-wise; infections mainly, so it's time to get it back together. 1. EAT THE GOODS. Hit 'refresh' on the meal plan. I've been all over the place this last month and binging far too often. I need to cut that out and start working up to my original macro-plan. 2.
