Things are going good and now they're only going to get better. Shulkie's got the job, won the case, now she's going to start to really start hulking out. But first she needs to get better. There have been a few set backs this month health-wise; infections mainly, so it's time to get it back together. 1. EAT THE GOODS. Hit 'refresh' on the meal plan. I've been all over the place this last month and binging far too often. I need to cut that out and start working up to my original macro-plan. 2. FIND THE ROUTINE AND STICK TO IT: I do best when I have a plan... so I'm going back to that. I have a general outline posted below. With work, I need to find how everything meshes best and keeps me balanced and content. 3: BREATHE: Things are going to be really hard at first with all of these changes, and the inner hulk is even starting to get a bit scared. BUT I WON'T STOP NOW. I'm going to get my head in the game and stay strong. To do this I need to schedule myself times to relax. ....and keep to the mission (REMISSION).
