Welcome back, we have all made it to the second half of the year! What are you guys looking to accomplish in the next several months? Any major changes that are going to make your challenges a bit more challenging? Or take you to a place you had no idea would be ventured when you looked forward in January? Personally, I gave up my goal to get my black belt this year. And my happiness has skyrocketed.
Back for my 5th?!?! challenge. Time flies when you are searching for gifs on the internet. Getting back to ass-kickery on this challenge. Fitness (+3 STR) â™¦ 20 consecutive push-ups Is this crazy? I donâ€™t know. I set high goals for myself and I can usually reach them. So I figure Iâ€™ll set the push-up mark high to really â€œpushâ€ myself. Iâ€™m going to steadily increase the amount of push-ups that I do day-to-day. (+3 DEX) â™¦ Interval sprints once a week. Self-explanatory.
