  1. This challenge, I'm really going to stay tuned in. This challenge, I'm going to foc- No really. It's more of the same, but a little different. I can't overdo it. It comes back to bite me, and I refuse to do that to myself (at least for the next few weeks...). It's summer, and gorgeous outside, and while I wold love to continue lifting, the draw of sun and fresh air is too strong. We've got a bit more ton of gardening to do (haha lols I just looked at the to do list... we've still got a lot of work ahead of us), and then that massive project is over. Gardening list is currently: Will update above list as things are completed. All items will be completed by the end of the challenge. +1 point per bullet. +5 points to the week that I finish the list. Basically if I do something that is good for me, I get a point. If I ride, that is +5 points, because that is what I am focusing on this challenge. I will get those squirrels! I mean... I will focus!
