  1. Overall Main Quest (stolen from sylph): Preventing rot! Main Quest for this challenge: For this challenge my main quest is to relax and get rid off all those wired up feelings I accumulated during the last challenge. Oh, and just plain having fun! GOAL 1: next step...getting some friendly bacteria to move back in with me After doing the SCD diet for the last (almost) two month, I'm pretty sure that most of the bad guys are moved out or at least have their houses up for sale. This means it's time to fill all those empty places with new and preferably friendly roommates. Sooo...I'll be following the paleo approach by Sarah Ballantyne (at least as far as I've read it yet) and will combine that with NSNG which I already did during the last challenge. GOAL 2: relax and let go For exercise I will be doing lots of stretchy stuff. My ballet teacher agreed to let me take a video during the warm-up, that way I can do that part at home as well (I already incorporate some of the exercises into my at-home-stretching but never manage to remember all of them). I'll also be squatting for 30 min a day and do at least one kettlebell workout a week. I also want to try some relaxation techniques with the kids before they go to bed (and if successful add it to their nighttime routine). GOAL 3: get pampered (or at least pamper yourself) Yeah, I wish that was true! (not talking about the table tennis part, in case you were wondering) Anyways, About a week ago I started a natural skin care routine in the evenings. I cleanse, tone and moisture my face! Gasp! (I used to do...nothing) This helps me relax into my evening and calm down after the little monsters are in bed. LIFE GOAL: off to bed you go...attempt #2 This time the goal is to have the kids in bed by 8:00pm. This should theoretically give me enough time for myself in the evenings so that I can be in bed by 10:00pm myself. At least that’s the theory.... Oh, and as for this challenge... (That I won't be eating anytime soon )
