  1. Today is my Day 1, and I notice a lack of certain options for exercise. Back when I was in my physical prime, I enjoyed surfing, skateboarding, and kayaking. I would like to resume these activities (in addition to SUPing). Where do I fit into this program? I.e., is there a place for me (and others that do not specifically do crossfit, rock climbing, parkour, martial arts, running, or strength training) here?
