  1. So I've been craving these buggers ever since Outback Steakhouse got rid of them. (Shamefur dispray!) I've tried googling and there's a metric crapton of recipes for these guys but they all seem to have something off about them. Since I couldn't find a thread for them, I figure I may as well get the nerd herd to make a compilation of recipes here. So folks, sound off. Share your favorite recipe for sweet potato fries and, most importantly, how you get them crispy!

  3. So I'm sure this is on the internet somewhere, maybe even on this forum, but I made this this morning off the top of my head and couldn't keep it to myself. 3 slices of bacon 1.5 cups shredded sweet potato (about 1 small) 2 eggs Salt and pepper to taste Cook bacon in skillet. Remove bacon to plate, leaving grease in pan. Cut bacon into small pieces. Add shredded sweet potatoes to bacon grease and cook until crispy In a separate bowl, whisk eggs. Add to sweet potatoes in pan, cook through while stirring continuously. Once cooked through, add to a bowl with the bacon. Enjoy an epic start to your morning!
